Leasing was the foundation of my real estate career. I have completed over 200 leases thus far for both residential and commercial properties. My leasing services include:

Cutting corners can save costs in the short-term but can also lead to more costs in the long-term when some repairs are not done properly and it is important to understand those distinctions.
