Challenge
When Max Reynolds and his team took on this Landlord Representation assignment, the ±69,850 SF office building had seven spaces available for lease totaling ±32,700 SF. On-going construction and a tight parking situation remained a challenge in finding tenants that would be a fit and have a low-impact parking requirement.
Action
Max and his team created an aggressive marketing campaign to source tenants in the surrounding market. By sending out mailers, door-knocking, and leveraging their tenant database, they were able to generate several proposals shortly after taking on the assignment.
Result
Max and his team were able to finalize 3 new leases in a 30-day period and 5 new leases in a 6-month period.
